The check in was very timely. The door access code was NOT correct. It took over 30 minutes to get the emergency/after hours rep to call me back. After exhausting all over writing codes, the door could not be opened. We had to have a Tech come to the locations and reset the door access lock and input a new access code. This took around two hours to complete. This caused us to be late for our dinner meeting with our daughter and family. Also, the Master bathroom was NOT clean. The toilet bowl was dirty and the shower tile grout had black mold. Not acceptable!
