Ray and TD's is an upscale property located in the Outer Banks, ideal for hosting reunions or family vacations. This high-end accommodation caters specifically to families and couples, providing an exceptional setting for a memorable stay. This beautiful 7-bedroom, dog-friendly house in Whalehead Beach, Corolla is located adjacent to Shad Street beach access – you can be on the beach in a brief 5 minute walk.
Ray and TD's is brimming with amenities to ensure a memorable stay for all. The private pool is perfect for cooling off after a day on the beach, offering an oasis of calm and peace with a modern pergola providing ample shade. A unique toddler pool and spacious concrete deck with plenty of lounge chairs provides a spot for everyone. Both pools can be heated for an additional fee. The hot tub offers a relaxing escape while a large table and gas grill provide outside dining options. The backyard behind the pool is enclosed by a perimeter fence. For entertainment, the theater room provides a cinematic experience beyond compare featuring a laser projector, tiered seating for 12, 120-inch screen and a wraparound sound system that will blow you away. In the rec room a pool table allows for friendly competition while watching your favorite sports events on the large screen and enjoying drinks from the wet bar. Connecting your phone to the whole house Russound system enhances meal times, billiard playing, and poolside lounging. The convenience of an elevator means every floor is easily accessible, making this home suitable for guests of all ages. It is also quite convenient to send your gear upstairs!
All seven bedrooms have private tiled bathrooms and individual TVs. The open living area offers ample space for gatherings, and the kitchen features two dishwashers, two ovens, and island seating, perfect for meal preparation. The dining room, with two chandeliers and seating for twelve ensures everyone can enjoy meals together. Adjacent to the dining room is a screened porch with an outdoor dining table. Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings more than 51 Weeks in Advance: This home accepts future year reservations more than 51 weeks in advance. Current year guests are not offered first right of refusal. Contact our office if you are having difficulty booking this home for next year.
No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee.
*The entrance and driveway to this home are monitored by a camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.*
Pools are open (Week before Easter - Mid-Oct). Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Mid-September through Mid-October. Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heater performance.
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
