Ground Level: Exterior amenities include picnic table under the house and enclosed outside shower. Entry to the home, a half bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Cedar lined great room with 50" flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo and access to the spacious decks. Well-equipped kitchen with prep-sink, breakfast bar seating 4, second full-size refrigerator in closet/pantry and deck access. Dining area seating 8 and a separate breakfast table with seating for 5. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom with walk-in tiled shower and a second King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, access to the oceanfront decks and a private bathroom with jetted tub. Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Single Bed and flat-screen TV/DVD, Bedroom with a Double Bed, Single Bed and flat-screen TV and a full hall bathroom.

Extras: Private beach access with dune deck seating, 5 TVs, 3 DVDs, ceiling fans, books, games, gas grill, rollaway bed, cornhole boards, picnic table, 2 full-size refrigerators, stereo, wireless internet and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Seasonal Flex Stay available from October 1 - May 15. Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Singles. House Address: 933 Lighthouse Drive. Distance to beach access: Oceanfront. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Very comfortable beach place

This house sits behind the dune, but has a walkout deck with stairs so you can enjoy watching the ocean from there. All rooms were clean and comfortable and the decor inviting and beachy! Very well appointed kitchen!
