Overall it’s a nice peaceful community but the response from management is not prompt. Also the property had several maintenance issues throughout our stay, many of which were confirmed by the maintenance staff when I called to report them.- The ceiling lights in one of the bedrooms were not working.- The bathroom in that same bedroom had water drainage issues.- None of the outdoor patio lights were working.- One of the downstairs queen bedrooms did not have a functioning door lock.Despite reporting these issues, most of them were never addressed during our entire stay. The lock was eventually replaced, but the wrong type of lock was installed—with a keyhole on the bedroom side. It accidentally locked us out of the room, and maintenance had to come the following morning to open it. As a result, we were unable to access that bedroom for the entire night.Overall, it was disappointing that basic maintenance issues were not properly addressed during our stay, especially after they were reported to the property management and on Vrbo platform.
