Great multi-gen family home

Our family of 17 of us (teens, young adults) celebrating the 80th birthday of my mom. The home was perfect for us to be together. It never felt too big or small. The house was well appointed, as showed on the site. Being so close to the beach was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Bring your cleaning supplies

Great location, but bring your cleaning supplies for check in. We checked in on a Friday afternoon to a house that wasn’t cleaned from the previous visit. We called but the office was closed since you can’t check in until Friday afternoon. I have a ton of pictures (not sure that I can post here) on just how dirty it was, it was crazy. We clean ourselves and tried to get credit for the cleaning fee but was only offered an early check in the next time we stay at one of there properties. Totally laughable when I provided them with proof of how dirty the place was. Plenty of cleaner houses, stay at another one and save yourself the trouble.

Nor’easter week

Even though we were there the week of the nor’easter storm we had a great time…Thank god for all of the space in this house to enjoy…We didn’t get to use the pool, yard, and decks which was disappointing because of the storm….The only fault I could say is that there is only one towel per person, you would have to pay $7.00 for every extra set needed…..And it’s the first house I have ever rented that had not even one dish towel….So just be prepared for that…..Other than that the house is awesome!

After Math Ocean Front

Beautiful new home on ocean in Corolla, NC. The home was dirty upon our arrival (bathrooms especially) and we had a couple of minor maintenance issues; we reported right away and housekeeping and maintenance came the following day and took care of everything. They were very responsive. Plenty of room and the views can't be beat. We had a wonderful week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend home!

Beautiful and Spacious

We rented this house and had 11 adults and 7 children in our party. The house had more than ample space for all that were part of our trip. You do not feel that you are on top of each other. The home was spotless when we arrived with many modern and updated touches including many TVs, theatre room, pool table and arcade games which was enjoyed by all. Another added bonus was in the bunk bed room three of the four bunk beds were full beds which was enjoyed by the kids. The view was breathtaking from all of the decks of the home. The access to the beach was one house down which was very convenient in bringing all of the items we needed and also offered a sense of privacy from others that were walking to the beach. The only minor draw backs with our experience is that check in was between 4:00-6:00 pm and due to the cleaning crew still being in the home we were not able to get into the home until 6:30pm and there was a minor issue with the elevator which was rectified the next day. There was good communication with the rental company and The only recommendation would be possibly to have an umbrella for the tables around the pool area to provide some shade. I would highly recommend staying at After Math and hope to be able to go back soon!

Great property, management just okay...

Property is great. Plenty of room and amenities. Management could have been better. Arrived and some of the second floor bedrooms did not have the linens changed or beds cleaned, with remnants of cereal still in some beds. Had to call the after hours service because offices are not open much beyond check in time. Someone showed up and cleaned the beds but did not have aone of the correct linen sets and that did not come until the day later. Conversations did not show any remorse or concern. All in all it was a nice property and nice visit. Dealings with management jaded it just a little.

Seamless experience - new, comfortable, great location

We spent a week here with extended family and enjoyed every minute. The property was spacious and new, the one issue (an elevator issue that we ourselves caused) was fixed immediately. Kitchen was well equipped and Harris Teeter was close by. We spent many hours watching dolphins play in the ocean from the large 3rd floor room and its decks. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous Property

We loved everything about this gorgeous home. Stunning views of the ocean out the large kitchen windows. We were even blessed to have watched some Dolphins swimming while we ate our breakfast one morning. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Everything is top of the line and made us feel so spoiled to have been there. There is an abundance of kitchen items and literally had everything we needed to cook for our large party of 12. The game room and theater room on the lower level kept the kids entertained on the rainy days and kept them happy and engaged with one another. Lots to do and see out in the town but honestly we didn’t want to leave this home for 1 minute because it was so perfect! Clean comfortable fenced in area with great pool and hot tub. Plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun during the warm months. Elevator was also a plus and helped loading and unloading our suitcase and food in and out of the home. Worth every penny! We will be back to stay as soon as we can.
