"Only A frame I know of in Jamaica! Kind of like staying in a tiny house.Hot plate worked well just needed a larger skillet for cooking a meal. Microwave didnt work well. Other appliances all worked well & put to use. Plunge pool refreshingly welcomed. Morning views to the Great pond with sunshine reflections awesone. Night view of Lovers Leap Lighthouse also spectacular. Then the night star filled sky. No other people on the lane but owner very aware of goings on so security definitely there....

"First and foremost the resort was beautiful, but the experience was tainted by the lack of hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Also the food at the buffet was not good at all, besides the jerk chicken and salad that is served @ “the reef”. The drinks also were lack luster. The resort could use a lot of work regarding those things mentioned. Especially the lack of poolside service as well. There were hardly any staff that came over to ask if we needed anything. Also be aware that there is a 15 dollar service fee every time you order room service. For me personally i’m not use to the poor hospitality."
Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa All Inclusive
4/10 Poor
"The property was nice to take photos, pool is huge and spacious. The downsides of this hotel are as follows: Staff inconsistencies meaning every staff have something different to say, food was not so good not much varieties. Y'all need to have more jerk spot base on the size of the property. Entering the villa was smelly, they could place some nice air freshners on the stairways. We could sense that this hotel need structure, hence workers inconsistent behaviors. Overall, its a nice place but need to be re-managed."
Sunset at the Palms Resort - Adults Only - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"This property is for those looking for a peaceful stay. Very small all inclusive resort with limited entertainment, but interesting amenities like a martini bar, coffee bar. The entire property is covered in beautifully maintained tropical foliage as you navigate to and from your room.
The staff are very friendly and attentive and keep you smiling. You feel very welcome.
The beach is stunning with only a short walk across the main road supported by guards. Water is warm, clear and shallow, and sand is white and very fine. Loungers are in abundance with some grass huts and large trees to provide shade. Large beachside bar and eating area with a limited menu of jerk chicken, nachos, hamburgers and hot dogs with fries, salad and onion rings. Servers are available for drinks and food at your lounger.
Rooms are very much like elevated cabins, a little small by all inclusive standards but perfectly fine for couples.Nightime nature sounds were nice.
Food is good, not great. As expected, smaller scale than bigger all inclusive but hot and fresh and always found something good to eat.
Overall a very nice peaceful place to sit back and relax. A unique vacation spot."
"Not sure where the “5 star” resort claim is coming from given that it’s more of a 3 star-
1. Check in was horrendous (states 3 pm but rooms aren’t actually ready by then as stated by previous reviews)
2. Rooms are filthy and barely functional- my husband took his socks off when we got to the room the very first day and the bottom of his feet already turned black within only a few mins of being there; unfinished tile work in the bathroom, very poor craftsmanship, stains on sofa, drawers that you’ll have to fight to be able to pull out, tv has to be turned on and off a few times to work, our AC stopped working on our last night even though the patio door was closed- maintenance guy had to shake the patio door to get it to work as it had “a glitch”- like what?!
3. Service can be good or bad- some act like they hate being there, had a particularly unpleasant experience at the fruit shake bar twice- first time, I asked if i can have a pineapple in my shake (there is a pineapple I can clearly see bc it is right in front of me), lady working points at it and says “I can’t cut it right now I’m busy) second time, there were 3 ladies standing at the bar and as soon as I stated what I would like, two of them walked away and one ended up cussing them as she was the one left to make a shake; it takes forever to wait in line at restaurants but servers at restaurants were nice
4. Pool was ok, lazy river had no current, very few tubes that everyone was running to find one, can tell wa"
