This is an exclusive vineyard cottage, ready for a Romantic or relaxed getaway .

Serene, peaceful and rejuvenating property. Perched on a hilltop of Page Spring overlooking one of Caduceus premier vineyards.An island in the sky, with 360 birds eye view. This private ridge with sweeping views of Oak Creek, Page Springs, Dancing Apache Ranch and Javelina's Vineyard and tasting rooms. You can see the Mingus, Black Hills, Table Mountain and the S.F. peaks of Flagstaff. This property is centrally located and a hub for day trips to Sedona , Jerome, Old Town Cottonwood, Winetasting and the grand Canyons, but you may not want to leave.

The cottage is cozy and it encumpuses a deluxe style. Fully stocked kitchen(everything you need-Gas stove top, Refregerator, freezer, ice macker, microwave, epresso /coffee machine), Tastefully furnished and decorated. It has a large Viking style wood bed, with Onics and Itailian tile floors through out.. it is equiped with a washer and Dryer(for long stays).

Enjoy breathtaking sunset or stargazing evenings, with a glass of wine, on your own private patio, or walk/site among the the vines. Every morning starts with a fresh ground cup of coffee or expresso.
There is a charming living room with a pullout sofa bed.

We live on the property, so we are easily available by text, email or call anytime during your stay.
We respect privacy at any level. Interaction with Host is welcome, if you need assistance with restaurants, sightseeing and activities in the area, or wine tours and tasting.

Great place to relax and take in the view

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is beautiful and very quiet. It was nice having a fence around the patio so our dogs could be off leash. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The host were close by if we needed them. We highly recommend this place if your looking for peace and quiet.

Girl’s Trip

This was the best 2 nights of our 9 day trip! Sitting outside overlooking the vineyard was amazing! The bed was so comfy and location can’t be beat! Can’t wait to go back with my hubby.

Tucked-away Gem

Fantastic quiet cottage. The perfect spot for a long birthday weekend getaway. Short drive to Sedona, but we spent a lot of time exploring the area near the rental. Sam was a great host. Make sure you take his advice on where to eat - we had some fabulous dining experiences!

The perfect location

Beautiful place and scenery. The casita provided for all of our needs. Samuel and Silvina were most accommodating. We so needed the peace and quiet. Would highly recommend staying ihere. The location is perfectly central.

Peaceful Visit

This was a great weekend getaway from Phoenix. There's so much nature, food and wine all in close proximity. The hosts are terrific, as helpful as you need them to be. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the vineyard. I expect to come back again some day.

A great place to stay. Lots of peace and quiet, but still not that far to the craziness of Sedona. The communication is always top notch. 4 wineries real close by. Whenever we're in the area, we'll definitely be back.

This was the perfect spot for us and our dog!! Very charming unit and well furnished! Our hosts were very attentive and provided us with great recommendations. Our favorite part of the stay was the solitude and location. Easy access to Sedona and surrounding towns without the congestion! Hope to return in the future.

Christmas Weekend Relaxing Getaway

We absolutely loved this estate, the cottage was just perfect and so beautiful. We will definitely come back, maybe when the grapes are on the vine to see the beauty in that perspective. Our friends loved the guest suite also, they will come back too! You are wonderful gracious hosts and take very good care of this exclusive property. Cant wait to come back!

Cute Suite!

Samuel and Silvinia are wonderful people. The cottage reminds me more of an in-law suite, and it has practically everything you need. It was a great place to chill and read. It was also nice to come back to a bed that we could pass out in from a long day of being a tourist. 100% would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay outside of Sedona.

Lovely & quiet

Lovely cottage with every amenity we needed. The hosts were warm and welcoming and then out of sight (but available if needed).The view from the patio is wonderful and the stars....oh, SO many stars!! We really appreciated the fenced-in patio for our pup. We would go back in a heartbeat!!

Strange to say, but the HOSTS made all the difference!

The host, Samuel (Sammy) made this gorgeous property stand out so much further than it already did. There is room for you to have your own space at this property, but if you need anything, Sammy is just a text away! I'm amazed. It was truly like staying at a friend's guest house for the weekend. Thank you Sam! You're the BEST!

Beautiful place. Great location.

Highly recommend if you’re going to the Sedona area. Less than half an hour to Sedona and the trails. Silvina and Samuel were very friendly and helpful. You can just text them if there’s an issue and they take care of it. Several garages separate the rental unit from their house so there is plenty of privacy. Great view from the patio.

Vineyard getaway with a view!

What a wonderful place! It's absolutely gorgeous, and the view is stunning. Silvina and Samuel are excellent hosts! Very friendly, helpful, quick replies, great recommendations, very knowledgeable. The cottage is immaculate, everything you need is provided, and the decoration is beautiful. Very safe, quiet, cozy place. And the stars at night are something to see. Did I mention the view? Breathtaking. Sit on the swing overlooking the vines and watch the sun set. Very conveniently located to several great wineries, birding, and some incredible scenery. We'll definitely be coming back. Only complaint is that we had to leave! Thank you again for such a great place.

Cozy but lacking

Cozy little place in a great location for the nearby vineyards in Cornville/Cottonwood. However, the place probably just needs some updates/maintenance. The wall AC/heat units would not adjust, and we had to ask host to obtain the controllers. Didn’t matter because we still couldn’t get them to work. The very decorative wine bottle opener on display in the kitchen was broken, and the two wine glasses set out ready to use were dirty. A small thing, so we decided to clean them first, only to find the kitchen sponge was dirty and stained. No kitchen towels. The sheets/bedding had a foul smell, as did the bath towels. The bathroom heater did not work, and the light cover attached to the vent had a substantial collection of bugs. And I’m so sorry but for the price per night, I would not expect 1-ply toilet paper! Cluttered decor and damaged furniture (rips in leather sofa) really took away from the potential charm of this place. Beautiful views and great location, minutes from Sedona, but some attention to these easy to fix issues and it could be great.

Beautiful views in a lovely location. Cottage is perfect for two and has everything you need. However, there is a musty smell that is overwhelming and concerning. Because of this, I would be hard-pressed to stay again.
