Staff was very pleasant, but the room wasn't as clean as i would of liked it to be. Shower was full of pink soap scum and when we pulled out the sofa there was an awful mess! For over 200$ a night the room should be really clean !

We were on the bottom level and the floors were freezing no matter how warm the room was. The flooring was dirty and under the pull out sofa was large amounts of dirt, hair and chip crumbs. The towel hooks for the bathroom were out in the hall where the boots went and if the towel fell on the floor it was dirty from all the outside boots. The linens given for the pull out sofa were only two sheets and a thin throw blanket. Our stay was in February and it was cold.

There was no elevator to access the second floor, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs myself. The bathroom was extremely dirty. I requested a different room, but unfortunately the second room was in the same condition. Overall, the cleanliness was very disappointing and not hygienic at all.
