「Well located hotel but pretty unhelpful staff. We forgot a pair of air buds in our room, called them the day about it and couldn’t get anybody to help us. We could see the ear phones located in the hotel through the Find My app but couldn’t get them to go check the room. After the first day they either simply stopped answering our calls or there wasn’t anybody to pick up at the reception, which always seemed unattended everytime we passed by during our stay. 「さすがのマナーハウスホテルでした。今回2部屋を予約したのですが、同じフロアとはいえ、2、3部屋娘の部屋と離れており、娘の部屋は旧館だったのか、水回りが少しふるい印象でした。 感染対策もきちんとされておられる様でしたが、お料理をサービスする人がフェイスシールドをしているとはいえ、少しお客さんとの距離が近いのが気になりました(お料理を持ったままお話するとかもあり) お部屋の中がどこまで消毒されているのか定かではなかったので少し気になる点はありましたが、滞在中は気持ちよく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。」

「Nice hotel with air conditioning in the rooms. Staff were friendly but only partially helpful. A child was running around and jumping in the room above us well until midnight and the reception only told us they would “check it out but couldn’t guarantee anything.” Did not stop after speaking with them and kept us up so long I got a migraine. One staff member was very helpful and brought me a bag of ice for it. Room was comfy but had some mold in the bathroom. Not sure if I would stay again.」

「There is nothing good to say about this property! If you have a physical disability avoid it at all cost. There is no lift. The stairs are uneven as well as the floors itself.」

「The property is very nice. However, there isn't much to do there if you aren't golfing. Reservations are required to use the pool and there is very limited availability. Avoid the on-site restaurant- food and service are not good.」
