bedroom and a family bathroom. On the second floor there are 3 en suite
bedrooms from which 2 are double en suite bedrooms with private
terraces and sea views and 1 twin en suite bedroom. The outdoor area is
enclosed with green natural fence and natural stone walls, private car
parking. Large private pool and a jacuzzi with sea views.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are
patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
