House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, and guests will be informed if early check-in becomes possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the provided bathroom bins. The apartment uses a keybox for convenient self check-in.
