This inviting ground-floor space includes a comfortable living room, dining area, utility room, family shower room, and a separate, fully equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs, the villa hosts a large bedroom with a double bed and two singles with an en-suite shower room, two additional double bedrooms sharing a family shower room, and a fourth double bedroom with an en-suite bath.
