Everything about the Hotel was very good. Staff extremely helpful, food good and plentiful, bar service could be slow, but it was busy and only 2 waiters at the time, however the young men serving were most apologetic and very efficient . I have nothing negative to say about the Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my week there.

Nice beach and sea, close to the airport and Corfu town, nice breakfast. Planes are very loud due to being so close to the airport. Nice bars/ restaurants nearby. The bar can be loud but wasn’t an issue for my daughter and I.

They have customer service down pat! From the very moment we stepped out of our Taxi, staff made it very clear, they wanted us to have a memorable stay. They greeted us with a big, bright, smile and a helping hand immediately. We sipped on fruit infused water as we checked in. Once in our room, the view of the planes taking off was awesome to see! Securing car service for our outings each evening, was such a breeze. The hotel has their own car service on hand to be at your beckoned call. It was wonderful. Staff exceptional. Grounds exceptional. It was fun to walk around and explore and keep finding more and more of the hotel.

What a superb experience. Although a 1970s hotel, it has every high quality amenity with modern clean finish, excellent dining, and the staff are above and beyond. The hotel organized a private dinner reception for our far flung extended family by the pool and it was a huge success. Great food, interesting cocktails, great staff. Oh and there's a funicular that takes you down to the beach - how fun is that - with beach chairs and staff ready to serve you. Wonderful time.

What a wonderful stay. No hotel stay is ever going to be perfect and occasionally things can go wrong. For us, what really matters is how these things are handled, and this is where Corfu Holiday Palace truly stood out. The facilities were lovely and the hotel had everything we needed. It is an established island hotel, clearly well cared for, with improvements and upgrades ongoing. Our room had a few minor maintenance issues, but every one was dealt with promptly and without hesitation and none detracted from our stay. What really makes this hotel five star, though, is its people. Maria and Sofia at reception were wonderful, warm, helpful and accommodating, dealing with everything efficiently and with genuine care. Eleonora and Despina in Guest Relations were equally lovely and made us feel incredibly well looked after. For me, five star is not about everything being perfect. It is about being made to feel like a five star guest, and that is exactly how we felt. A special thank you to Rosie and Justin from housekeeping, who were amazing and took such wonderful care of us and our room. There is a real warmth to this hotel, created by the people who work there. Thank you for making our first visit to Corfu so special. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return.
