"Check-in was nice. The lady at the check-in was nice! TV would not connect to the Internet had issues with that. The room was musty and moldy smelling the bathroom had pink mold on the dispensers and pink mold on the shower curtain. The breakfast was cold. Service started at 7:05 in the morning. We were there at 7:10 and the food was ice cold the area where the microwaves were located smelled like Old sweaty socks. To pay $170 to stay at the subpar hotel is rather sad."

"So when we got their they were kind and helpful. Poor ladies were bothered by us at least 3 or 4 more times right after check in. Then, I discovered the dirty towels hanging on our door. We had clean ones, but also dirty ones. I turned them in and the lady was so perturbed! Not because of me but the people who didn't do their part. She asked location and if there were other issues. I told her where and no to other issues. She made note and seemed appreciative of my understanding mistakes happen and that she was not the culprit. The next day, check out was smooth until we found out my son forgot his stuff animal. They assisted in allowing us to retrieve it and we were on our way. Though we missed out on the muffins, we had a great stay."

"Clean room, quiet building, yummy simple breakfast, 24/7 coffee, and the staff were very kind and gracious. My husband and I chose this location because we wanted to be in a quiet part of Memphis, but still close enough to see the Blues/Beale St area. It didn't disappoint! Literally the only problem was that once we got settled in, we notice the door lock wouldn't engage. We piled furniture and luggage in front of it and went to sleep. We decided to just let them know in the morning when we checked out. This was a personal choice, we were exhausted. I recommend asking for another room if this happens to you! I accidentally left behind some personal property, and they called me immediately. They went above and beyond to help me get my property back, I'm never going to forget!"
