Loved the friendly lady who was nice enough to walk me to my room and make sure everything was okay. She made sure i had everything I needed. She was extremely sweet and lovely to talk to. Very peaceful place. Such cozy rooms. I was also happy to see they are pet friendly, my dog enjoyed the stay as much as I did.

I am currently asking for a refund. The staff at the motel said that they would take care of this for me. I was not pleased with the surroundings or the room I did not like o d e r in the room so we had to get the motel 30 miles away.

We normally stay here when visiting family. It appears there is new management and quality is going down. It’s never been a place that was fancy but you could tell the newer owners were making efforts to improve. Then this year we arrive and the first room smelled of mold. Second room smelled better but wasn’t stocked and had to wait to be vacuumed. No big deal to wait a few more minutes. The floors were filthy. Walked in the room barefoot and feet were black, There were bats coming from the drain and our last morning there was the kicker, a Roach walked across the floor. Needless to say when we return to visit family we will make the drive to somewhere else.

The room was nice and had a nice home like feel, the beds were super comfortable and the room was very clea. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Pool was the perfect place to relax and escape the heat of the day. As a solo traveler this one one of the only hotels I will stay at alone. I feel very safe there. It was very quiet, and conveniently located near local attractions, hiking and plenty of options to choose from for dinner. 10/10 would recommend staying here.
