It also features three tastefully decorated bedrooms on the garden level: a large bedroom with a desk and an en suite bathroom, featuring a very comfortable king-size bed (180x200) and a large mirror; a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200); and an additional bedroom with a large double bed (180x200) and a large mirror. The bedrooms each have a large closet or wardrobe. The second bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms.
The bedding (Bultex brand) is exceptional: memory foam mattresses and mattress toppers.
The house also features a terrace on the landward side, sheltered from the afternoon heat, ideal for breakfast and reading during the hottest hours of the day.
The house is located in a very quiet setting, on a 2,000 m² lot surrounded by greenery (olive trees, maritime oaks, oleanders), set back from the main road,
