"We spent a wonderful week at the villa. The location was fantastic, really quiet and peaceful but only a 5 minute walk away from bars and restaurants. There was also a supermarket within the 5 min walk but we had a car and drove to the large Philippos supermarket which was one of the best supermarkets I have been to on my holidays- a wide selection of products plus a great deli, meat/fish counters and bakers. The view from the terrace and balconies was fantastic, and it was lovely to sit and listen to the waves. The villa had everything we needed and it was well stocked with condiments etc. We appreciated there being enough spare toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets as sometimes these are not left making it pointless to have a dishwasher. The bedrooms were comfy and it was a luxury to have 3 bathrooms too. A generous welcome pack was included (one of the best I have had!). The communication with Lisa was fantastic, and she was always happy to answer my questions. There was also a lot of information provided in the villa.The discount card was genuine, saving us money on the waterpark, boat trips and restaurants. A lovely stay, and a good first impression of Cyprus. Thank you."

"Great Villa - Lovely pool, so warm - Ideally located - you don’t need a car but we hired one directly across the road from Villa - Transfer was there when we landed - we requested lactose free milk and it was there in the fridge when we arrived. . Check-in was very easy with key safe code. Air-con very affective. Kitchen utensils good but only used glasses and a few bits. Needed a bulb replaced and it was rectified within a few hours. Can’t fault it. Thanks. "

"Property was very basic, but had everything you could need, we had a very late check in key was left in our door, beds were very hard and uncomfortable, furniture is just dated but overall ok for what we needed "

"Great villa in a great location for accessing lots of the Paphos area. Pool and garden was perfect for chilling during the day and evenings, and the ping pong table was an added bonus. Area around the villa was also quiet with walkable bars and restaurants.Owner was really nice and welcoming in communications and telling us about the area before we arrived.Would happily stay here again."

"Beautiful villa, central location with easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent WiFi connection. The villa has everything you would need and the management company were fantastic. Carrie from ROCA was brilliant in resolving a problem with our pool and had someone out to help us in 30 minutes. Great location for exploring the island by car, lots of great tourist sites close to Coral bay, definitely go to Paphos harbour, Aphrodites rock, Latchi, Geroskipou Beach, Sea caves and the Trudos mountains. Thank you Charlie for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. I would highly recommend a stay here and we hope to return soon. "
