"So nice to walk to restaurants and shops. Very walkable. Clean. Updated and relaxing atmosphere. Parking was really convenient and accessible. Would stay again."

"Very cute spot 3 minute walk to the beach and even less to Bridge Street. Pool area was very nice; in the sun most of the day. If you’re looking for a place to basically sleep, this is your place. There was a decent sized frig. Main pitfall, the outside lights are very bright and the room doesn’t get very dark, and another mirror potentially full length would aide people trying to get ready as the bathroom is a tight space. Also, it’s on the backside of the Post Office and a restaurant, so early morning can be a bit noisy. With that being said, I’d definitely return. "

"The beach view was obstructed but the beach itself was directly across the street and a 3 minute walk . The rooms were new and modern, clean and bright . The coffee maker was espresso only and no microwave in the room . The place was perfect for couples and the pool perfect and heated with a hot tub attached . "

"The location of this property is one of the best in the area we choose to stay in AMI. This is our 2nd time at this property the previous being under a different owner pre hurricanes. The reconstruction and amenities improvement are good. The current host is one of the reasons we have chosen to book it again."

"Adam was a great host. He was very accommodating and approachable should any issues arise. We reported that our garbage disposal was not working and he had a plumber there the next day with a new one. Thank you Adam! The elevator and pool were definite pluses and the unit was comfortable, clean, and well maintained."

"The house was nice & the host was very timely with answers when I had questions & gave very thorough instructions on everything in the house, on the area & getting around, which was very appreciated. But it was still alittle confusing (probably just us) trying to actually drive up the lane to the house. We needed to ignore our gps at the end of the road & not turn but just go a few feet more to the very end, like you’re almost going to go off of the sea wall then turn down right in front of it & the house is down at the very end. It seems very tight between the sea wall & other cottages but we had room with our Chevy Impala to get thru, park & unload right in front of the place. Then we were able to back up & turned around in the neighboring drive to go out forward, like the host stated. Everything was clean & comfortable & luckily they provided a few heaters because there wasn’t a furnace & 2 of the 3 nights we were there the temp dropped way down & it was freezing. Also it was close to so much & if it hadn’t been so cold we could’ve walk a lot. We would definitely stay there again!"
