Unfortunately, there are some serious issues with this property that the owner needs to address with the management company.
When we arrived, after a long day training at Woodward, the alarm was constantly beeping on the smoke detector and the toilet in the Master Bath wouldn't flush. After calling the management company, (who was really nice) they mentioned that they needed to come in to fix it without us being there (due to COVID). So we left and walked around for an hour until they could get the items fixed. Then, after returning to the condo, we found out the fireplace wouldn't light and the other bathroom toilet would't flush. Really? I wasn't about to ask 2 kids to leave the condo again for an hour (when nothing was open to go to) and exhausted so I wasn't about to call management again. Then when making breakfast this morning, realized the microwave fan would not work at all, therefore almost setting off the fire alarm while cooking bacon this morning. It was stressful to stay this least. Doubt we will be going back to The Mill Club.
