「My husband, our two dogs, and I got away from the hustle and bustle of Chicago to enjoy our time in the woods. The cabin was perfect for our family and was just the right size. Never felt too crowded. We roasted marshmallows and hot dogs on the fire pit and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The cabin was just isolated enough that we let our dogs run around off leash and enjoy. My only complaint is the size of the bed was a bit small and firm. Nancy was great to communicate with and very responsive....

「We were new to the Interlochen area, as we normally stay farther north, but we loved the convenience of the location to other areas in NoMi. 「We absolutely loved the property and cabin. Very relaxing. The only negative part out of our entire weekend was the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. We tried the pullout bed even but it was still hard as a rock just like the upstairs one. We would love to come back but hopefully there will be a different mattress available.」

No traffic on the short road and easy access to the river, Hodenpyl Dam, and lots of National Forest trails. Short jump to Mesick for groceries and gas was very convenient. Only issues were minor, some silverware had to be rewashed, personal communication was non-existant leaving it unclear how to ask questions for like finding extra blankets...which we never found. 「We have 6 couples that have gotten together for 21 years for a golf weekend. We travel all over Northern Michigan and need a VRBO that hs a bedroom for each couple. This home met all of our needs. 「This is the second time that my brother, sister in law, my wife and I have stayed at this cabin! We love that we have our own bedrooms and bathrooms! 「Comfy, quaint cottage, better than a hotel room! Was clean and just as pictured. Worked out great for ski weekend for me and my teen. Can see Crystal Mtn from property. 35 mins from Caberfae Peaks.
