    Buck's Run - A 2200 square foot ranch home perched on a hill with an awesome long-distance view of the valley and rolling hills beyond. You'll always remember the breathtaking sunsets. The large covered breezeway has an outdoor dining area overlooking the valley and the memorable view .

    It sits on 12 acres which guarantees your privacy. Within a short scenic drive you can visit Cooperstown, the Cooperstown Dreams Park, Brewery Ommegang, Red Shed Brewery, Cooperstown Brewing Company and much more. The large covered breezeway has outdoor dining overlooking the valley.

    The open floor plan features a sunken living room and kitchen. It has a front deck, rear deck and patio with outside seating. The 42 flat screen LCD TV is in the living room. You will feel like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but just a short drive from all that the Cooperstown area has to offer.

Awesome House! Beautiful Location!

Bucks Run is absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for. We had 2 families (7 in total) staying there and there was plenty of room for us all. I would highly recommend this location for anyone coming to Cooperstown! Thank you

The house was awesome! Clean and spacious for 2 families! Kids loved the bunk bed room. Outside patio and bbq were perfect when coming back from late games.

Great stay for our trip to dreams park!

We stayed here for my son’s tournament at dreams park and it was a perfect escape from the hectic ballpark! Plenty of space, comfortable, lots of games for kids, so much outdoor space, and house was immaculate. The bunk room was perfect for our four kids! They didn’t want to leave. Property management was very helpful. Great stay and am looking forward to rebooking when I am back with my younger son in 2 years!!

Beautiful location!

The home was in a beautiful, and convenient location to Dreams Park. It’s a cozy and bright home that made it comfortable to lounge around while in rain delays. Beds were super comfortable and made a nice nap space for my son and husband that was staying in the barracks as a coach. Look for the fireflies out back at night! My daughter also was able to catch some frogs in the yard at night.

Amazing home!

This house was amazing! We stayed here for Cooperstown Dreams Park week 14. Park is close but far enough away to enjoy a home away from home. House was clean and very spacious. Views were beautiful with lots of hidden trails. We saw the horses, cows, and roosters at the farm across the way. This house is rated 10 out of 10!
