2 Bedroom Railroad layout

Bayside Inn & Marina is located on 4 acres 7 miles North of Cooperstown on Otsego Lake. The property consists of 41 units including Motel/Inn rooms and Cottages of varying sizes. The property includes several picnic areas with grills, retro game room with pool table, hospitality room with tv, table/chairs, and board games. At the lake we have a small sandy swimming beach with gazebos. Canoes and kayaks are free of charge for guests use.

House 26 is a two-bedroom railroad layout cottage, located below House 28 and House 29. Its private deck looks out on a spruce woods with the lake scene in the distance. House 26 is conveniently located on State Highway 80 near the hospitality room, and game room.

Square footage is about 400 sq ft.

One bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room.
