"First thing I had to do was clean off the air conditioner. It was full of dirt. The floors were not even swept. The bathroom was clean and the sink was clean and there were clean towels. The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was off and it took several hours to cool the room. The only staff I saw was the man who checked us in. "Great place with amazing views! The wall of windows really showcases the beautiful views and sunrises! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The pier at the home is a big bonus. It great for fishing, launching your kayak or just relaxing. The master bed is so comfortable. Plenty of air conditioning and ceiling fans for comfort. We appreciate the pet friendly policy. Patty is a great host very attentive to any questions. We appreciate that! We would definitely stay again!"
