「小さな街のホテルとはいえ、チェックイン時に相手から氏名を口に出され、こんにちは、と日本語で挨拶されたのは初めての経験です。清潔でフリーウェイからも直ぐの立地の良さで概ね満足していますが、インターネットの速度が遅いのは問題。でもこれは、米国全般の問題なので仕方ないことですが。」

「I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. 」

「Piss on the bathroom floor and no bodywash.」

「Rick, in the main office, was nice. My room was not. There were stains on the couches and chairs. The floor was sticky and dirty throughout. There were a dozen+ stink bugs on walls and furniture. There was an empty can of odor control fogger on the floor beside the bed. The bed was broken and shifted off its base. There wasn't a light bulb in the lamp by the bed. The towel rack was broken off. Floor board in the kitchen was peeling back. I found a different hotel for the second night of my stay....

「The room was not very clean and there was hair all in the bed. The place is not very well lit at night and is kind of scary with people hanging out outside and it being dark. The curtains didnt close good so you could see in. 」

「Perfect location in the midst of Tanglewood Park. An arboretum is just outside the front door. The property is appropriately decorated in an early 20th century style and was immaculate. The room has older fixtures befitting the age of the property. Water pressure could be better and some necessities were initially in short supply but the management addressed this issue.」

「When I got in my room there was small brown spots on the sheets. I called down to the office to let them know and the front desk person brought me a sheet to change myself. Then around 4:30 in the morning I reached for my cup on the night stand to get something to drink and a roach was on my cup! I almost put my mouth on that cup. I got up got dressed and left! There was no one at the front desk when I got down stairs so I just left! I do not recommend staying there」

「Wait outside 20minutes on freezing weather and ring a bells until person who sleep inside wake up . After wake up this person start screaming on us( why we ring a bell and and make phone calls on work phone) Terrible service」

「Very nice property. I only stayed long enough to sleep but the room and lobby were very clean and the front desk staff was nice and helpful. 」

「Not at all as pictured. These are clearly not of this property. They couldn’t give us extra pillows. The phone was inoperable. The faucet handle was broken. No privacy between bathroom and the rest of the room. When informed of issues the response was “okay” without even a note being taken. They charged $100 to my card without an explanation. The cops arrived to get a “tenant” out that wasn’t paying. Divided into two buildings completely separate from main entrance. We felt unsafe. 」

「Clean room, nice breakfast, staff is very friendly. Minutes away from the expressway. 10 mins from Hanes mall 」

「I did not have breakfast and the parking was good and appeared safe.」

「The staff was very nice, very pleasant. The issue was our room. I took the couch. The blankets and pillowcases that were in the closet for couch use were dirty. It was obvious that the bedding had not been washed. I refused to sleep on the sheets. They could at least have a bar of soap and small lotion bottles in the bathroom. When we left our room on Friday and returned, no one had come in to clean our room. We had to call for towels and washcloths. I had to bag the garbage cans because they...
