601 Serenity Loft was designed with luxury and comfort in mind. This 1940 building was was recently renovated. Guests will have full access to the upstairs unit with a private entrance. Bedroom has a large walk-in closet.

Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, breweries and more. Enjoy spending time at Cane Creek park and sportsplex nearby. If you’re here for a Tennessee Tech event or Cookeville Regional Hospital visit, it’s just minutes away. Eagle Shopping center is a road over.

The Serenity Loft was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The apartment was incredibly clean and full of thoughtful extras that made our overnight stay so easy. We were especially grateful for the hot shower, the comfy bed, and the snacks! Having coffee and oatmeal for us in the morning was the perfect finishing touch. I am one very happy traveler!

The Serenity Loft lives up to its name. We have stayed in many places around the Cookeville area and my husband and I agree that we had the best stay here. It was very relaxing. The place was extremely clean. The amenities were more than we have seen in other places. The host was a great communicator. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Cookeville.

Bright, clean and comfortable space with many important basics covered. The kitchen is a little quirky without any handles or pulls on the cupboards and drawers, so they're awkward to open due to the resistance from the soft-close hinges and glides, but everything is otherwise functional. Just a out everything you need is here to feel at home for a short stay.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here for a little getaway to watch some Crossfit. The place was super cute, very well equip and so clean. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and it was like we were the first people to stay there. It was great! Loved the blackout curtain option in the bedroom and the closet was soo big! Couches were super comfy to relax on after a day of being on our feet. For things to do, there is a great local hiking spot about 20 min from the place called Burgess Falls. Definitely worth a visit. Not a hard hike (about a mile-ish) and you see a beautiful waterfall. Also the new coffee shop coming right across street with be perfect! Needless to say we will be back. Hopefully soon :)
