「Nice place」

「The desk clerk told me that they did not even have the kind of room that I had reserved through Expedia, a 2-queen suite with a balcony with two beds and a sofabed. I showed him the reservation, and he said it didn't exist. I could have 2 queens with a balcony but not a sofabed or a king suite with a balcony but only 1 bed. Since there were 3 of us, I ended up renting a second room for us to be comfortable. The Expedia listing was incorrect.」

「The customer service I received was very good. The building was clean. I used the indoor pool and it was clean and adequate. The breakfast met my expectations.」

「Good hotel for the weekend.」

「丁寧に対応いただきました。」

「The parking is tight, ice machine was broken and appeared to have been out of service for some time. Hall ways smelled musty, but rooms were reasonably clean.」

「I check-in to the property and found foul smell on the room , went to the front desk - they said no other rooms are avaiable and they will re-fund the stay cost but its done through expedia. Though Expedia refused to refund the stay. So Comfort-Inn did ack the problem and try to remedy it but Expedia is the middle man here and not refunding my money. Horrible, Irony is I am a Gold member of Expedia.」

「My husband was disappointed about have no coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, it was a very nice visit. Thanks.」

「Easy to check in and out」
