i arrived after 10PM at night and was warmly received by Jolie and her team who went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed throughout my stay.
Each en-suite room has a TV and it's own bar fridge over and above the well equipped kitchen and dining room. The lounge has a massive LED TV with the full DSTV Premium bouquet so no shortage of things to watch with guests.
A nice touch was having an ironing service available which worked out perfectly...
「This place has enormous potential. Gorgeous location, beautiful buildings and rooms. But their must be a lack of budget: no comfortable general area's, no patio furniture, no fridge, hairdryer etc.
The place is mainly a wedding venue, which offers problems for other guests.」
「I have stayed at Fernwood Manor for many years and the standards are always excellent. The staff are so helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is legendary and always freshly cooked. The gardens are immaculate and the poll - devine. I cannot recommend it highly enough ! 」
