"One of our best decision during our trip is picking this property. The house is spacious and has everything needed during our stay. The aircon was handy due to the heatwave when we were in France. It is situated in a lovely town with lovely restaurants and shops. Nice, Marseilles, Menton and other lovely towns are just an hour or so away. Lots of lovely local wineries too! Ryan is easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back."

"We had a beautiful stay here, it was perfect for a family with kids who loved having lots of time in the pool and also with the village been a short trip away (15 minutes by foot and that was with a 3 yr old!). It also has the plus of being just 30 mins from Saint Maxime and some beautiful surrounding beaches. Thank you Valerie and Frank! "

"This area is idyllic! The house is well equipped and very accessible to beach and north to mid evil villages. The pool will make you want to stay at the house the whole day vs leave. Andrew was very responsive. We will be back again but next time for a longer stay. "

"We stayed here for a week and honestly wished we booked longer! Really lovely house for a family break, with the addition of the separate 'pool house' as we called it for our teenagers. House is set in beautiful location, and with it being elevated the views are incredible. The house is well equipped, although missing few minor things, hand soap for example, dish soap, anti bac for the kitchen and dining area especially given how dusty the outside dining area gets, small additions but would be helpful if provided. The pool area is fantastic, sun trap until 7/8pm. The pool isnt too cold either, and is perfect size for a swim, the shallow end is a good size for non swimmers too. Be prepared for the insects, expected in the location but still a shock to us, we dont have such huge insects in the UK, we didnt leave the doors open ever! Air con is only in the main living space, not the bedrooms, however they stayed cool if you close the shutters early evening. Beds are comfortable.Washing machine is access through a smallish door with steps, its located underneath the pool house building, not a problem just worth knowing if you struggle with small spaces. We would return here without a doubt, only 5 of us stayed and it was perfect for us. Location is great for exploring. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend really enjoyed our holiday"

"Our stay was near perfect. The location was everything we wanted. As my partner has stayed in this area before he knew where to look for a quiet and peaceful stay. This location is perfect at it is 5 minutes from the main town and about 30 minutes away from other sites. Joanne and Lenny were amazing hosts. Super friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and will most likely be back again. "
