They were unaccommodating about that and even told me that if I wanted a refund that I needed to take it up with Expedia since it was booked through them. Expedia took care of it all though. Very happy about that. But if you care at all about getting a good night of sleep, don't book here. I might have had a better night of rest on the floor."
