Property was terrible with dirty linens pillows blood trained sheets we did not stay walked out let them know how bad it was and the guy who was checking our complaints peeped is pants right in front of us. Also mold in the window an other places discussed why would you book anyone in this dirt filled property

First room had bed bugs, after getting ahold of the front desk the man argued with me that there wasn't bed bugs. Once he sent someone to the room, they saw the blood from previous bugs and the blood from the one my dad killed. They took a picture and finally switched them to a different room. Second room smelt better and was cleaner except the bathroom. Overall I would not recommend anyone staying here at all, spend the extra money and be comfortable and in a clean space.

The floor in the room was not swept, literally dead bugs and little pieces of trash everywhere. Vanity sink, and tables hadn't been wiped down. Not only was the toilet filthy with even a butt crack mark on the back of the seat but felt like it was going to fall over when sat on. When I went in for the breakfast, there was just a few pastries and no coffee cups, don't even know if there was coffee, I just walked out. Also the place is literally falling apart, with tarps on the roof and ratchet straps holding the gutters on.

There were bed bugs in 2 of our rooms , dirty washcloths and sheets. We checked out and didn't stay the night . The owner refused a refund . I have filed a complaint with Red Roof Inn corporate and also the county health department .

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning. When I arrived to check in, the front desk employee was not wearing any shoes, which immediately raised red flags about professionalism and cleanliness. To make matters worse, I saw a live roach crawling across the desk among paperwork during check-in. Hoping things would improve, I went to the room—but it was even worse. The bed comforter was visibly dirty, and the desk was sticky and unclean. I then saw another live roach crawling across the room, along with a dead one on the floor. At that point, I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. I immediately turned around, went back to the front desk, and checked out. This was not just an inconvenience—it was a serious cleanliness and hygiene issue. I would not recommend staying here.

EXTREMELY FILTHY. Had to find another place to stay it was unacceptably dirty. Stains and hair on sheets. Dust and literal dirt everywhere. Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Do not book here!!!

Dont have any idea for as staying on property. I place specific date to check-in. To pay for room on arrival to insure accommodation with reservation. But that instantly change when property owner decide to take funding do to arrival date changed to following day. Claim i never had reservation and need to pay when i arrive. Thats way i set it up on Expedia app in first place. Refused to honor accommodation and refund. Telling a customer oh you call no show, what kind of business practice is this. Im spending my money with you not you paying me for a service. You have my funds for stay at Red Roof honor that dont turn me away and take my money like i owe you something. Very poor business practices should criminalize. This theft, without provid services not no salon....

Our room was not clean. Someone else’s hair on the pillow. Dirty floor, made your bare feet brown. Soap scum on sink which could have been wiped off but wasn’t. We had three rooms here with family and all thought it was dirty.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel because, unfortunately, many of the negative reviews reflected my experience. As soon as I walked into the room, it felt very hot and muggy and had a strong odor that reminded me of an old, poorly maintained building. The room appeared unclean, and it looked as though the floors had not been properly swept or mopped. The walls and interior showed significant wear and gave the impression that upkeep had been neglected. The biggest concern was the bathroom. Upon entering, I immediately saw a cockroach and what appeared to be rodent droppings. At that point, I decided I was not comfortable staying there. I returned to the front desk and informed the employee that I wanted to cancel my reservation due to the conditions of the room. I was told that refunds were not available and was offered a different room instead, but I chose not to stay. Based on my experience, I would not consider this a family-friendly hotel, especially for those traveling with young children. Cleanliness and sanitation are extremely important to me, and I did not feel comfortable spending the night there. I understand that budget hotels may not offer luxury accommodations, but guests should still expect a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained room. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations.
