"Great place for a family stay. Excellent toiletries in both bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Everyone loved the hot tub. The dock was great for our pontoon and the fishing was fun. Great value for lakefront fun."

"The breakfast was great! Eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausages & bacon, also make your own wafffles. Juice, toast, & muffins were also available. Marque (sp) kept the breakfast area clean and stocked."

"The house was in general, beautiful. There are a lot of stairs which are accurately shown in the photos. It was overall clean with the exception of noticeable stains in two of the bedrooms that could use a good cleaning. My kids loved having a fire at night in the fire pit and they absolutely loved looking for fish over the dock! It’s a great location!We were happy with the home overall but there are a few areas that could be improved upon:1). The title of the listing should remove ‘hot tub’ until the hot tub is replaced and open for guest use. While it says the hot tub can’t be used at this time in the body of the property description, most people will look at the title and assume it can be used. 2). The ‘beach’ could use updating and doesn’t really look like the photo that is shown. 3). The listing implies a pontoon rental is possible through the listing. However, when we inquired, we were given the name of a boat rental company that no longer offers rentals. With that said, Avantstay was extremely responsive and were great hosts. "

The most beautiful view of the lake and with a dock located on the main channel. Plenty of amenities you such as kayaks and fishing are available. Spotless and cozy room with everything you need. We will definitely be back. "
