「夜11時過ぎに隣の部屋の人が私達の部屋の換気扇の音がうるさいから切ってくれと、文句を言われました。浴室の電灯を点けたら自動的に作動するもので、仕方ないから切りましたが、普通浴室の換気はつけたままにするものと思っていたし、そんなことで文句を言われて、気まずかったです。部屋が清潔で快適だったのに残念でした。無料wi-hiを謳っているのに翌日も使えず大変迷惑しました。」

「We stayed 2 night in the Hotel, the room had comforts bed and good size bathroom overall it was nice and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. It's in good location with shops and train station and buses. We were disappointed with the some of staff at reception desk, they weren't helpful also we couldn't book spa when we checked in. 」

「Lovely hotel in Galway. Bus stop right outside the property. Enjoyed the restaurant. Property is well maintained. Rooms are not air conditioned but a fan is provided so it wasn’t uncomfortable for early May.」

「He stayed here for three nights while we were in Ireland. The first two nights were in a room with full river view. The room was a bit dated and had some wear in it (carpet stained, paint chipped and worn). We came back for one more night since we were in the area and we got a room facing the back river and that room was 100 times better. The restaurant at the food was okay. The service of the employees were great at the restaurant and getting us blankets. Parking was a 4-minute walk away but...

「Room was very small. No free coffee or breakfast. (Except for instant). No air conditioning. Just ok. Traffic if horrific outside hotel also. 」

「The best thing about Galway Bay Hotel is the staff. Absolutely the best hotel staff we had on our trip around Ireland - friendly, professional, and genuine. Although they are right beside an amusement park, the windows are excellent and almost no noise came in. Very comfortable and very walkable into Galway. 」

「I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Location was little bit far from the downtown of Galway, It took about 20 minutes from the hotel. But I didn't care since the weather was great and I could enjoy the lovely view of the town. Great buffet style breakfast, clean room and really friendly stuff. I would like to stay here again if I cave chance to visit Galway again.」

「鉄道駅から徒歩８分です。なお駅前バスステーション発458番Ballina行きはすぐ近くに止まりますので便利。スタッフは真面目で親切。朝食は若干品数が少ないが美味しいです。設備は一流で快適。夏でもタオルドライヤが使えるのが嬉しい。冷蔵庫が欲しいね。ただ団体がチェックインするとエレベータ渋滞します。スタッフの客さばきが懇切丁寧すぎるかな？　　」

「劇場と直結していたので、コンサートを見に行くために宿泊しました。女性客が喜ぶメルヘンチックなホテルでした。キャッスルバーは小さな町で周辺を観光するには車が必要のようでした。」
