Charming Villa Rocío 1 is located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, on a fenced property offering a spacious outdoor area—perfect for a relaxing, private holiday. Thoughtfully decorated, the house features a large living-dining room with a well-equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 1 with three single beds; for groups of 8–10, extra beds are added in the bedrooms), and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fireplace, TV, washing machine, and a cot.



The highlight is the outdoor space: a covered terrace with dining table and grill, ideal for pleasant evenings outside. Cool off in the pool on hot summer days or unwind on sun loungers or the lawn. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are just a 4-minute drive (1.5 km) away in central Conil de la Frontera. The nearest beach is 4 minutes by car (1.7 km), and the popular Playa Fuente del Gallo is 10 minutes away (4.8 km).



Parking for 3–4 cars is available on the property. Bed linen is included; towels are available on request for an extra fee. A cot can be provided for an extra fee. Parties or events are not permitted; the property is designed for relaxation, especially for families. The neighboring house can also be rented; if both are booked by the same group, the connecting gate can be opened.
