"Great to have a place welcoming to pets although we did not have one with us. Great property, very clean, comfortable and what it said it would be.Host forgot we'd experience a power outage, let us know once they remembered, think they live overseas so easy to forget. They offered us free cancellation, should have offered a slight discount instead of full cancellation We really enjoyed our stay however."

"We had aman amazing two night stay in the Cass suite. The room was very spacious and clean with a impressive amd comfortable bed (had the best nights sleep). We relaxed in the hot tub every chance we could get. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant on the first night and found the reading area to chill in afterwards. All staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay a fantastic one. The hotel is a very short drive from Hanmer Springs so was ideal for what we needed. We would stay again next time we are in the area and would highly recommend."
