"It's a student halls of residence. If that's what you're expecting I would imagine you'd be very happy with the room. If you're expecting a hotel, it's not a hotel. It was exactly as I was expecting. Comfortable, no frills, perfectly fine for a one night stay for me. Wifi was great. A little bit of noise at times, it's student accommodation, but not too noisy by a long way. I recently stayed at the IBIS in Bristol and that was far noisier. Would happily book again for a short stay."

"The apartment is very nice (if a little run-down and stained) and well-located for the university. There is a lot of space, and the beds are very comfortable, although it is quite hot and there was only one fan. However, all of that was overshadowed by the fact that one bedroom was crawling with bedbugs. "Upon arriving at the hotel, there was trash outside the front entry and it looked dirty, which was not very welcoming. Inside the staff was very welcoming and the room was clean, had tea and coffee in the room, and a shower bathroom. We were only in Bath for 1 day and the hotel was conveniently located (very walkable) to enjoy all the sights Bath had to offer. Other than the first impression, our stay was very good."

"We stayed one night while we were in Bristol for a show at the Hippodrome. It is an older hotel, but a comfortable stay with convenient car parking. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many sites and places to eat. We had a good size, clean room. The bed comfortable and showers hot. We really liked the white company toiletries, and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. Would be happy to stay if we are in the area again."

"My room was excellent very clean air conditioning was perfect the only down side is the room is very small you enter asmal corridor and bathroom on the left side then the bed occupies the rest of the room which mean no food in the room u less you will eat on the bed .the tv was amazing location and size ."
