「鉄道駅から徒歩８分です。なお駅前バスステーション発458番Ballina行きはすぐ近くに止まりますので便利。スタッフは真面目で親切。朝食は若干品数が少ないが美味しいです。設備は一流で快適。夏でもタオルドライヤが使えるのが嬉しい。冷蔵庫が欲しいね。ただ団体がチェックインするとエレベータ渋滞します。スタッフの客さばきが懇切丁寧すぎるかな？　　」

「We arrived at the property earlier than expected … Arthur who was at the front was very welcoming .. informed us there was Ripples cafe just off of the bar and we could make ourselves comfortable until our room were ready. The cafe was clean, comfy and had great food and service.. when we checked in Erin was at the guest service desk and she was lovely too hotel room rooms are spacious, cozy and a great view of the river … very clean .. Arthur, Erin and Sean were absolutely amazing … my brother...
