All spaces are easily accessible to guests, including the entire home and its outdoor areas. The large meadow behind the house is available for yard games or sports; please be courteous of neighboring houses and their privacy.

- Dogs must be registered and the pet fee paid in advance. Undeclared dogs, or any other pet species, will incur a $300 fine.
- Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture or bedding. Please pick up after your pet to ensure the yard is clean and free of pet waste. Thank you!
- No smoking. If any smoking smell or paraphernalia is discovered, the guest will be charged a $300 smoking fine. No exceptions.
- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
