"The pool and outside area were lovely and well maintained, the interior of the house is all in working condition however the kitchen area, bathrooms and sofas were a bit dated could do with a refresh. The swimming pool is a lovely size and the spacious garden is extremely well-equipped with chaise-longues, comfortable garden chairs and tables to sit or eat at, in sun or shade. "Marchetti Villa was the perfect place to stay and explore the Cupra Marittima area. The villa and pool were clean and comfortable for our family group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Tommaso met us when we arrived and showed us the house, gardens, pool and fruit trees. Tommaso helped us find a cooking lesson with a local lady, which was a wonderful experience. Positivo il prezzo e la vicinanza al mare, con spiagge attrezzate ma alquanto affollate. Il territorio offre molte opportunità, dalla cultura alla ristorazione con gestori e personale molto professionale."
