Welcome to Whale Watch Villa on Middle Caicos!

Beautiful renovated 3 bedroom (and a twin bed loft), 2.5 bath privately owned home located next to the Dragon Cay Resort (formerly Blue Horizon Resort) but NOT affiliated with the resort.
Breathtaking ocean views from the expansive deck where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise, watch for whales during the high season and also amaze at the beautiful sunsets!
Take a dip into our private plunge pool.
Just a short 2 min walk to 2200 square feet of natural soft sandy beachfront. During low tide you can walk out to the Dragon Cay (water shoes recommended, as the rocks can be a little sharp and we highly discourage climbing the sharp rocks) or snorkel and spot the resident barracuda.
Middle Caicos is the largest of the 8 inhabited Turks and Caicos Islands, but the least developed and populated.
You will find tranquility, privacy and peacefulness, unlike that of so many other Caribbean islands. If you are looking for nightlife, this island is definitely not for you. If you are adventurous and enjoy the laidback feel of island life, than you have found your perfect retreat!
After your ferry ride over (please note the last ferry to North Caicos is at 4:00 pm), grab your car rental (instructions to the property will be given beforehand and at the car rental). Once you arrive, our management will greet you at the villa where you will get an orientation and any questions you have will be addressed.
Mudjin Harbor Bar and Grill is open daily for lunch and sometimes for dinner and is walking distance from our villa.
