The property
As soon as you step inside, you are welcomed by a bright, spacious entrance hall featuring an elegant bench, setting the warm and inviting tone of the house.
The fully renovated kitchen impresses with its generous space, tasteful design, and sea view from the window – offering everything you need to cook in comfort.
To the left, you’ll find a large living and dining room with an authentic atmosphere: a grand dining table, beautiful traditional furniture, and large bay windows that fill the space with natural light. These open onto a sunny terrace equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers, and comfortable armchairs – perfect for extending your indoor moments outside, between blue skies and sea breeze.
Also on the ground floor is a charming bedroom in soft pastel green tones, with a double bed and a pleasant garden view, ideal for peaceful mornings. A functional bathroom with a bathtub completes this level.
Upstairs, there’s a bright and spacious master bedroom, a cosy room with sea views, a children’s bedroom with a single bed, a practical shower room, and separate toilet facilities.
