Beautiful modern villa of 1998 with an area of approx 160m2 located in residential area, left bank of CONCARNEAU on pretty walled garden of 800 m2 with terrace of 60m2 and furniture (table, chairs, bbq and chairs) - parking - small shops within walking distance in 5 minutes and supermarket 1 km 5 - beaches of Cabellou 4 kms - terrace and garden side road but well protected by hedge and trees - Access 10 Mn walk to the ferry crossing that you cross and berth in closed city to arrive in city center. Wi fi included
