Mave-Maï is this apartment resolutely facing the ocean thanks to its large through balcony/terrace.

Its 180-degree panoramic view of the Bay of Concarneau, immerses you in a real open-air postcard and allows you to observe the iconic places of Concarneau such as Le Quai Nul, Fort du Cabellou, the Glénan, as well as the back and forth of sailboats and fishing boats.

Everything is done to only have to put down his suitcases and relax there.

The accommodation :

Located on the fourth and top floor of a small secure condominium with elevator and private underground parking, Mave-Maï, with an area of 80 m² and completely renovated, will accommodate up to 4 people. This apartment will immerse you in the heart of Concarneau thanks to its stunning view of the Bay and its location less than 450 meters from the city center.

The virtual tour of the apartment will soon be available on our Mariette Immobilier Conciergerie website.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you will be caught up in the blue of the ocean, this area serves all the rooms in the accommodation. On your right you will discover the large living room with its sitting/living area giving access to a first balcony with a splendid sea view, then the fully equipped kitchen, reveals itself.

Finally, walk along the hallway with many closets and discover the sleeping area with its two beautiful bedrooms also facing the bay. Then a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets, complete this space.

This place is ideal for a couple or family looking for tranquility.

What you like:
- Its magnificent view of the Bay of Concarneau - Its proximity to the beach (50 meters) and the city center (300 meters) - The private underground parking space.

Linen rental: Our concierge service offers you the rental of linen for the time of your stay: Bed linen kit + towels: €20 per bed.

Bed size: 1 bed of 160/200, and 2 beds of 90/200.

It is optional, it must be requested when booking.
