--For the sake of transparency, we would like to inform you that façade renovation works (painting and balcony replacement) will take place on the building adjacent to the MAVE MAI apartment, from January until the end of June 2026.Please note that these works may cause some noise or visual disturbance, which is beyond our control.-- Mave-Maï is this apartment resolutely facing the ocean thanks to its large through balcony/terrace.Its 180-degree panoramic view of the Bay of Concarneau, immerses you in a real open-air postcard and allows you to observe the iconic places of Concarneau such as Le Quai Nul, Fort du Cabellou, the Glénan, as well as the back and forth of sailboats and fishing boats.Everything is done to only have to put down his suitcases and relax there.The accommodation : Located on the fourth and top floor of a small secure condominium with elevator and private underground parking, Mave-Maï, with an area of 80 m² and completely renovated, will accommodate up to 4 people.
