The villa is on two levels ;
On the garden level there are three bedrooms :
-Bedroom 1: Two single beds 90 * 200 (possibility of gluing them to form a bed in 180 * 200) with closet and shower room with toilet and pool access
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds 90 * 200 (possibility of gluing them to form a bed in 180 * 200) with closet and pool access
- Bedroom 3: Queen size bed 160 * 200 with desk, shower room and toilet and pool access. A safe is available.
- A games room with table football
- An independent bathroom with toilet
- A laundry room with washing machine and freezer, iron.

Upstairs is :
- A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Magimix coffee machine, juicer, blender, dishwasher)
- A living / dining room with a beautiful sea view and view of the Genoese tower of Fautea.
- Guest toilet and entrance closet.
- Bedroom 4: Queen size bed 160 * 200 with office area, shower room, toilet and access to the back terrace.
Each terrace is equipped with awnings to protect from the sun.
WIFI is available.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.

OUTDOOR
Superb outdoor space of 1600m2 fully equipped with a barbecue / plancha area and a back terrace with awning.
An outdoor kitchen at the pool level with refrigerator, sink and storage.
A beautiful 7*5 infinity pool with alarm. Possibility of heating the swimming pool in the late season.
The terrace is equipped with 4 deckchairs and 2 sun beds.
