The hotel did not reach out ahead of our arrival to help tailor our plans or secure reservations, which is normally expected at this level. I had to initiate contact myself, and after several days of delay, I was told to contact the beach clubs directly. By then, everything was sold out, and I ended up returning to beach clubs I already knew from past visits. I had also requested a small cupcake for my daughter’s birthday, which was...

「Fortunately our stay was just as a stopover from faro to Lisbon. I wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer. Outside it's badly maintained, it definitely looks better in the picture. The AC was pretty poor.」
