The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a ceiling fan on the second floor, heating, a washing machine as well as a smart TV with streaming services and a DVD player. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request.
Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool, a garden, 3 open terraces, a covered terrace, a barbecue area and an outdoor shower.
The property boasts an excellent location a 12-minute drive from the centre of Cómpeta and 40 minutes from the sea. Furthermore, all roads leading to the villa are tarred.
2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome (please do not leave them unattended, especially in the pool area and on the marble stairs). Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. Parties are not allowed.

Absolutely perfect

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was huge and provided great privacy for our family, the downstairs area was almost a home all by itself. The views were breathtaking and would happily have stayed longer, will definitely consider returning
