The elegant residence is in a quiet, but central location just 12 minutes walk from the shores of Lake Como. It is well-connected to facilitate a carefree stay and has restaurants, a supermarket and the nearest bus stop (Monti) located just next door. Guests will find the Como city ferry terminal at a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive from here, as well as lakeside hiking with stunning Lake Como views and sculptures and monuments dotted along the way within a 15-minute walk.

At Como, you can also explore lovely squares with churches in the Romanesque or Gothic styles, see the city\'s ancient structures (like Villa Olmo or the Volta Museum), take in the city\'s aerial perspective from breath-taking vantage points, and go shopping to find the best regional goods plus a lot more! Also, all of the lake\'s villages can be reached owing to the public boat service, from the farthest (like Cernobbio, 15 minutes by boat) to the most well-known gems of the lake centre (Bellagio and Varenna, 1.5 – 2h).
