「Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and fun. There is a complementary EV charger which was great. The bar and food were excellent as well.」

「Clean hotel with comfortable rooms although a bit noisy. Lobby is in a weird location on 2nd floor a quite a way from elevator or stairs. Free breakfast in the morning was pretty good and servers were excellent.」

「Generic hotel but super clean and super friendly. Breakfast was better than most, too!」

「Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was we were here for a week and we had to request towels every couple days and asked that our room be cleaned periodically. Even when they did replace towels, the floor remained dirty and they never touched our bed even once. Disappointing. On the plus side, staff was quite pleasant.」

「I understand the need for places like this. My wife and I booked a room as it was the only place in Waterville under like $300. I was still disappointed with it. I am by no means hard to please but we decided to drive the hour and a half home after a concert versus staying here. Some paint and general care would go a long way at a place like this. We stayed in our room for about 5 minutes. It was dirty, footsteps above us were extremely loud, and it was just very depressing.」
