This property is casual chic. Informal. Expensive for what is on offer though.
Air conditioning did not work the first night of my 3 night stay. It was remedied after phone calls the next day.
The bathroom amenities were good and the King bed linens and pillows were pleasant.
Fairly quiet although my room faced the street.
Restaurant Cocotte device was slow but food was fine.

I would say it’s a bit different from other Fairmont like Banff springs and Frontenac.
The room is not what I expected for a high end hotel however the area in the hotel is amazing and you can feel the history as well.
