Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises :
- two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom;
- a living room for relaxing after a day's outing.

The following facilities are available: Parking / Garage, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Barbecue, Fireplace, Garden, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, Balcony, Raclette machine, Ski room, etc.
Private parking for the apartment is on the right, next to the tree, and on the left, reserved for the apartment below.

Household linen is not included but can be rented. The Conciergerie des Stations will contact you by SMS before your stay to propose it to you.
The arrival is scheduled at 5 PM, but can be advanced depending on availability upon request by SMS to the Concierge.

Pets are welcome.

One of the apartment's assets is its brightness. It is also highly appreciated for its location:
- view of Mont Blanc and the whole mountain range on the east side, view of the Aravis mountain range on the balcony on the west side;
- close to various restaurants;
- close to ski resorts in winter (see COMBLOUX tourist office);

## Emplacement
Combloux has all the character of an authentic Haute-Savoie village nestled at the foot of the Mont-Blanc massif.
