「The hotel was very clean, the janitorial staff did a good job, everyday keeping the room clean and well stocked. There were adverse conditions that came up during our stay at the Holiday Inn. The water shut off in our room around 8pm. I reported this to the front desk in person. I was told all maintenance staff were off at this time, but someone would check the problem by 9am the next day. While my family and were out the next day, the water interruption was remedied. On Saturday...

「The room was clean and had no issues. Close enough for the event we went for.」

「Dormí bien a gusto」

「Desayuno insuficiente」

「The staff were very kind. Breakfast was delicious, too. The entrance to the parking lot was a little bit hard to find. Thank you for borrowing me the Costa Rican bottle opener.」

「Stay was good. Only issue was the front desk receptionist was inside a room behind the front counter. So I stood there for a while waiting until she heard me. It wasn’t until she did that she came from out of the room to check me in. Needed help with something a few minutes after and I saw her just as she was going into the restroom so again, no one was at the front desk. Aside from that, it was a pleasant day.」

「This hotel is in a wonderful location, close to the attractions we wanted to visit and easily accessible by walking along the River Walk right outside. It’s also tucked away from the busy areas, making it peaceful and quiet for a great night’s sleep. It will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit San Antonio. Looking forward to staying here again!」
